Kitchen Tips

*Always start with a clean kitchen.
-Clean and clean (scrub) the counters.
-Put dirty dishes in the dishwaher and start it.
-Hand wash the dishes that won't fit in the dishwasher.  Then put them away.
-Take out the garbage if it's full so you won't have stuff spilling on the floor.
-Be sure to have clean dish towels available for use.

*Assemble all ingredients before you begin cooking.

*Refill bins (i.e. flour, sugar, salt, etc.) if you use the last of the contents. This way everything will be ready for next time.

*Clean up as you go.
-Put used dishes and utensils in the dishwasher when you're finished with them.
-Put empty packages or wrappings in the garbage, not on the counter.
-Wipe up spills.

*Leave the kitchen completely clean, with no trace that you were even there. (Except for the delicious smells and maybe the goodies cooling on the counter.)
