Cauliflower and Carrot Soup

*4 cups chicken broth
*1 large chicken breast, diced and seasoned
*2 carrots, chopped (approx. 1 cup)
*4 cups cauliflower
*1 tsp. salt
*1/4 tsp. garlic powder
*1 Tbsp. fat free sour cream
*2 Tbsp. flour

-Cook chicken.

-In pot, combine all ingredients except four and sour cream.

-Bring to boil. Cook til veggies are tender.

-In small bowl, combine flour and sour cream, add just enough water til mixture is smooth but still fairly thick.

-Stir into soup.

-Boil 2 minutes.
