Chicken and Potato Casserole

*2 chicken breasts, cubed
*3-4 medium potatoes, cubed
*1 cup chicken broth
*1 cup milk
*1/2 tsp. basil
*salt and pepper, to taste
*2 Tbsp. cornstarch
*cheese, grated

*Combine broth and milk in sauce pan. Bring to boil. Add seasonings.

*Add cornstarch to thicken.

*Combine chicken, potatoes and sauce. Mix well.

*Place in greased baking dish.

*Cover. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until chicken is cooked and taters are tender.

*Uncover, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes more.

Hey Tami,
had to tell you I tried this recipie and replaced the milk with soy milk and only put chees on some of it. The family loved it, thanks for the recipie!
